About Us
Our slogan is How Chicago Does a Lobster Roll. We are paying homage to our favorite sandwich (the lobster roll), while also putting our own hometown twist on it. While all of our lobster comes directly from Maine, our lobster roll comes on a fresh brioche burger bun, instead of the traditional, split-top hot dog bun that lobster rolls typically come on. We also serve an Angry Lobster, which is topped with a Chicago condiment staple, hot giardiniera.
